  • Any information you provide when contacting us by phone, email, or the helpline.

We do not use student or applicant data for unrelated marketing purposes without consent.

  • Successor entities, in the event of a restructuring, provided the recipient remains bound by similar privacy commitments.
  1. Online Fee Payments

Fee payments made through the Site are processed via a third-party payment gateway/ERP provider. SPSC does not directly collect or store your full payment card or bank account details on this Site; such information is handled according to the payment provider’s own security standards and privacy practices. We recommend reviewing the payment provider’s terms before completing a transaction.

  • Request access to, or a copy of, personal information we hold about you or your child;
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;

As an educational institution serving students from pre-school through intermediate level, we necessarily collect information relating to minors as part of the admissions and academic process. Such information is collected with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian and is used solely for legitimate educational, administrative, and safety purposes.
