  • You must notify the School immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • These third-party portals (e.g., sourceWIN ERP) may be subject to their own separate terms and privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.
  1. Admissions and Online Forms

Information submitted through admission enquiry forms, “Apply Now” applications, or other forms on the Site is collected solely for the purpose of processing admissions, enquiries, or the specific service requested. Submission of an online form does not guarantee admission or enrolment, which remains subject to SPSC’s Admission Policy, available seats, and applicable assessment or interview processes.

  1. Online Fee Payments

Where the Site links to an online fee payment facility, such payments are processed through a third-party payment service provider. SPSC does not store your payment card details on this Site. You are responsible for verifying payment amounts and details before submission. Any disputes regarding payment processing should be raised promptly with the School’s administration office.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the SPSC name and crest, images, videos, course material, and the overall design and layout — is the property of Springfield Public School & College or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of Pakistan and international treaties.
